We offer a three-day training program in diversity and follow
up coaching to provide ongoing assistance to manage issues

We provide high level conflict management consulting and
team building.
We implement lead management principles to provide quality
relationships in the workplace as well as a quality product
or service. We offer training for the newly promoted leader,

We teach Choice Theory---a common sense explanation of all
human behavior, as well as the offering of Reality Therapy
as a method of helping others that provides a common framework
for all the work your agency does with clients.
